Cincinnati Children's Hospital is looking for healthy adults to participate in an Inpatient Shigella Study.
This is a study to learn if a Shigella study vaccine can prevent illness caused by one of the most common causes of diarrhea worldwide.
We are offering up to $2,450 to complete the study over 8 months.
In order to participate, you must:
• Be an adult between the ages of 18 and 50 years old.
• Be willing to attend study screening visits.
• Receive 2 vaccinations.
• Stay in an inpatient unit for at least 9 days.
• Be available for at least 6 follow-up visits and 4 phone calls.
